I'm 48, born in December 1961. I met my husband (Sean) in September 1988 and we were married in November the same year. Emma Louise was born in 1990, so definately not the reason for the quick marriage. Sean works for BVT and Emma is at college doing a BTEC Certificate in IT Software Development. I am disabled (Fibromyalgia, Permanently Prolapsed Disc & I'm Bi-Polar).My aunt taught me to knit when I was very young, after I caused both my Mum and Gran a great deal of stress trying to teach me. I still knit today. I had to give up cross stitch due to the FMS. I make my own cards and I love to paint with watercolours and acrylics. All three of us are members of St John Ambulance, and that takes up quite a bit of our time. Sean is the Superintendent at our Unit, and also runs the Cadet group (10 to 18 yr olds). I help out with the Cadets, helping the younger ones and those with learning difficulties. Working with kids like these make you realise that they're not all bad.
